Full Refunds: Only available if work has not started and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.
Partial Refunds:
- If project cancellation occurs after work begins, refunds are proportional to undelivered work.
- Deductions apply for completed phases (e.g., research, strategy, design drafts).
No Refunds:
- For completed deliverables (e.g., approved designs, published content, launched websites).
- If project delays are caused by client-side issues (e.g., delayed feedback, content not provided).

Refund Request Process

Notification: Email contact@uptvnow.shop within 7 days of service delivery with:
- Order number
- Detailed reason for refund
- Supporting documentation (if applicable).
Review: We assess requests within 5 business days and may request a meeting to resolve issues.
Resolution:
- Approved refunds processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Denied requests include a written explanation and solution proposal (e.g., revisions).

Service Revisions

Unlimited revisions are offered during active project phases (per service agreement).
Post-delivery revision requests may incur additional fees.

Non-Refundable Services

Completed milestones (e.g., approved wireframes, published social posts).
Domain registrations, third-party software licenses, or stock assets purchased on your behalf.
Rush fees or expedited service charges.
